Over the last few weeks we’ve been beavering away clearing up some details and slowly crossing items off the jobs list:
This was today’s effort. I’m pleased to say that the brewery floor is now gone and just in time too as we have a fun event this coming weekend then Tony and his team move in. That means there has been a fair amount of lawyering. Electricity works with Nathan, James and Jason continue with prep for new roller shutter doors in place. I’ve then done some tidying of the yard and generally getting the farm ready for the next phase.
We’ve hopefully agreed how we’re going to deal with wastewater for the foreseeable future, also potentially having the pond reinstated as part of the same package of work. Geoff and team have moved containers and water tank to their permenant base which means that Andrew is going to do some fencing to finish the new yard.
We’ve also welcomed new tenants to the lodge and are excited to see Tony and team move in.
